The 5D Flow Story
I wasn't taught resilience. I lived it.
At six years old, I began training as an Olympic-bound gymnast. By twenty, I was performing professionally in film, television, music videos, and award shows. That journey led me into a fifteen-year career as a motion capture designer, translating human movement into digital worlds for some of Hollywood’s largest productions. Along the way, I practiced and taught yoga for more than two decades, maintaining balance, efficiency, and alignment in a high-performance body.
Then one moment on set changed everything. An upper cervical disc injury left me temporarily paralyzed from the neck down.
The athlete was gone. The artist was gone. I was at zero.
Recovery didn't begin with a miracle. It began with five minutes.
Lying there, I knew I had to start small. I mapped colored tape across my yoga mat — lines and angles to guide my body back into alignment. I was creating a way to communicate with my body again.
Line by line. Color by color. Movement by movement. I began my return to center, rebuilding the connection between my brain and body.
The grid became my guide. Five minutes became my practice. Movement became my pathway. That mat became 5D Flow.
What began as survival gradually evolved into a system — a simple visual and tactile framework designed to help people realign, reconnect, and rebuild through movement.
You don’t need an hour. You don’t need to be an athlete. You only need five minutes, a grid, and the decision to begin.
I’ve been at the top of peak performance. I’ve been at zero. I created 5D Flow to support the comeback — physically, neurologically, and emotionally.
Today, that same grid has grown far beyond my own recovery. It has become a movement framework for anyone seeking alignment, confidence, and a way back to center.
Bring it to the towel. Welcome to 5D Flow.
Our Vision
We all begin from different places — a desk, a dance floor, a hospital bed, a training mat. Some are recovering. Some are preparing. Some simply want to move through life with greater confidence and ease.
But we all share one truth: the body forgets. Posture slips. Stress accumulates. Pain changes the way we move.
At 5D Flow, we believe alignment is not a luxury. It is a human need. We created 5D Flow for the space between zero and peak performance — five minutes before work, five minutes before competition, five minutes after injury, five minutes to return to yourself.
Our grid transforms any surface into a map back to center. No perfect body required. No previous experience required. Only the decision to begin.
Align. Move. Thrive. Because your body is your home, and every home deserves a center.
