OUR STORY
THE 5D
FLOW
STORY.
Julene Renee — gymnast, motion capture artist, yoga teacher, founder. This is how five minutes on a mat became a movement system for the world.
A LIFE IN
MOVEMENTS.
Julene wasn’t taught resilience. She lived it. At six years old she began training as an Olympic-bound gymnast. By twenty she was performing professionally in film, television, music videos, and award shows.
That journey led her into a fifteen-year career as a motion capture designer — translating human movement into digital worlds for some of Hollywood’s largest productions. Along the way she practiced and taught yoga for more than two decades, maintaining balance, efficiency, and alignment in a high-performance body.
THE MOVEMENT EVERYTHING CHANGED
THE ATHLETE
WAS GONE.
I WAS AT
ZERO
An upper cervical disc injury left her temporarily paralyzed from the neck down. She mapped colored tape across her yoga mat — lines to guide her body back. That grid became the blueprint. The towel is that map, perfected.
FIVE MINUTES.
AT A TIME.
Recovery didn’t begin with a miracle. It began with five minutes. Lying there, Julene knew she had to start small. She mapped colored tape across her yoga mat — lines and angles to guide her body back into alignment. A way to communicate with her body again.
Line by line. Color by color. Movement by movement. She began her return to center, rebuilding the connection between brain and body. The grid became her guide. Five minutes became her practice. Movement became her pathway. That mat became 5DFlow.
FROM RECOVERY.
TO 5DFLOW.
What began as survival gradually evolved into a system. A simple visual and tactile framework designed to help people realign, reconnect, and rebuild through movement. You don’t need an hour. You don’t need to be an athlete. You only need five minutes, a grid, and the decision to begin.
Julene has been at the top of peak performance. She has been at zero. She created 5DFlow to support the comeback — physically, neurologically, and emotionally. Today, that same grid has grown far beyond her own recovery into a movement framework for anyone seeking alignment, confidence, and a way back to center.
OUR STORY
“We all begin from different places. A desk. A dance floor. A hospital bed. A training mat. But we all share one truth: the body forgets. Posture slips. Stress accumulates. Pain changes the way we move.”
At 5DFlow, we believe alignment is not a luxury — it is a human need. We created 5DFlow for the space between zero and peak performance. Our grid transforms any surface into a map back to center. No perfect body required. No previous experience required. Only the decision to begin.
CORE BELIEFS
Every body drifts from center. Every body can return.
5DFlow begins with understanding movement before pursuing performance.
Lasting change begins with consistency. Five intentional minutes outlast occasional intensity.
The grid transforms movement into something you can see, feel, and understand.
We meet you at your desk. On your mat. In recovery. Before competition.
The same map can guide an elite athlete, a performer, a parent, or someone rebuilding after injury.
